All DOUGZ Custom products carry a 14 day money back guarantee. We offer a full refund or replacement (Your choice) when the item is returned to us in good condition. Buyer pays return shipping. All DOUGZ products carry a 1 year workmanship warranty.
PayPal retains their 5% commission on all canceled purchases, regardless of the reason for the cancellation, so - REGRETFULLY - we must retain that 5% on any canceled orders. Sorry, and we hope you understand !!
